Strengthening Our Team: FX Glass Welcomes James Onysko as Pre-Construction Director

FX Glass is delighted to announce a significant and welcome addition to our leadership team. In October 2025, we were pleased to welcome an old colleague, James Onysko, who joins FX Glass as our new Pre-Construction Director.

James joins us with a clear directive to support our ever-expanding client base, both within the Architect and Designer (A&D) community and amongst building contractors. This transition is a natural fit, as James brings nearly 20 years of experience in the glazed partitioning industry in total, with three-quarters of that time having been spent directly working with the FX Glass team.

Bridging Design and Delivery

With his extensive background, James possesses a deep understanding of how to realise design intent while simultaneously ensuring a practical, efficient installation and full adherence to all necessary construction regulations.

Furthermore, James brings strong relationships not only across England but also in Scotland, where his knowledge has been vital in ensuring many projects have successfully met the stringent SER (Structural Engineers Registration) regulations. This expertise is invaluable as we continue to support complex, high-specification projects across the entire UK.

We are confident that James’s appointment will further reinforce our commitment to technical excellence and client support right from the initial concept stage.
